Gian Marco Farese

Ph.D., is a junior researcher and lecturer in English Linguistics at the University of Milan. His research spans across semantics, translation, intercultural mediation, linguistic anthropology and pragmatics. He is the author of The Cultural Semantics of Address Practices (Lexington Books, 2018), Italian Discourse (Lexington Books, 2019) and various articles in international peer-reviewed journals.

Federico Pacchioni

Ph.D., is the Sebastian Paul and Marybelle Musco Chair in Italian at Chapman University in Orange (CA) and founding director of the interdisciplinary program in Global Communication and World Languages. He is the author of numerous studies on foreign language education, cultural and media history, and literary works on cross-cultural themes, including Southwest of Italy: Stanzas for a Travel Memoir (Guernica Editions, 2022).
