Luca Ratti

A graduate from the University of Rome III. He has obtained his PhD at the University of Cardiff where, as an associate lecturer in Politics, has contributed to the teaching of International Relations and European Integration. He has also held a research grant in History of International Relations at the University of Rome III and worked as an associate lecturer in the same subject at the University of Naples. His main research interests are Italian foreign and security policy, NATO, and European security. He has published chapters and articles on Italy’s foreign relations, NATO enlargement, and foreign and defence policy in Britain, France and Germany.
