Frederick Schauer

È uno dei più importanti giuristi statunitensi  contemporanei. È attualmente David and Mary Harrison Distinguished  Professor of Law presso la School of Law della University of Virginia.  Dal 1990 al 2008 è stato Frank Stanton Professor del Primo emendamento  presso la Harvard University e prima di allora ha insegnato Diritto presso  la University of Michigan.
